I’ve started this year with the goal of trying to break free of accepting this at face value. I feel like 2020 was a year characterised by going through the motions, ebbs and flows, taking it as it came. But as I looked through the English Book Store in Berlin. One book jumped out to me.

That book was Meta-Human.

Sure — the tag line was clickbaiting me in. Who doesn’t want to “unleash their infinite potential”?

But going beyond that, I really wanted to generate a greater focus and awareness of what it was to be human this year. I wanted to go beyond the everyday and ‘wake up’ (in a sense) to really make sure I wasn’t staying doing laps of the circuit that is life without any awareness of what else I could be doing.

I read this book in one week.

In this post I’m going to distill down some of the key practices I’m implmenting in my life after reading Meta-Human to ‘unleash my infinite potential’
